It was hard to intially set up, but after going to their support site & following instructions so that Windows wouldn't mess up what ColorMunki Display had accomlished, I was very pleased. I would have given it 5 stars if their software would have taken care of that Windows problem. 
Performace is solid and color is accurate. I bought an used (like new) i1 on Amazon for my home to calibrate the iMac, macbookpro and nec monitors at home for freelance job. It's works really well. I have held retouching classes and my fellow students have tried various calibrator with all sort of issues. I recommended them to buy this.

The nominal tolerances, with the whitepoint, average, maximum and gray balance Delta E CIE 1976 aim values stemming from and, are pretty generous, so I've included somewhat stricter “recommended” numbers which I've chosen more or less arbitrarily to provide a bit “extra safety margin”. For reports generated from reference files that contain CMYK numbers in addition to L*a*b* or XYZ values, you can also select the official Fogra Media Wedge V3 or IDEAlliance Control Strip aim values for paper white, CMYK solids and CMY grey, if the chart contains the right CMYK combinations.
Once that file has been removed via the uninstall it is still on the hard drive but marked free space and any registry entries are marked as inactive. Some programs write new files every time they are installed others don't. Once windows has 'learned' your computer it is more likely to toggle the free space bit. Once a program has been uninstalled check the program files folder for remaining files for that program left behind by the uninstall. Some settings are in other folders elsewhere in the system.
